Job Title: User Interface Designer

Location: Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC (Hybrid Role)

Duration: 18 Months

Core Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a UI or App Designer-not purely visuals, with mobile experience preferred
• Strong visual design abilities (layout, typography, hierarchy)
• Demonstrated collaboration in design mindset and workflow: involvement in process with PM, UX, research, etc.
• Portfolio must include refined case studies showing both visual quality and design process

Desirable Extras

• Background in fintech or authenticated digital banking products
• Familiarity with Figma (not mandatory, but preferred)
• Experience with existing or legacy design systems

Core Soft Skills

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn asks thoughtful questions and seeks feedback
• Initiative: proactive in work and open to responsibility
• Clarity in communication: able to articulate process, rationale, and collaboration clearly

Product Area: Authenticated mobile banking experiences

Team Missions:

Designers currently being shifted; assignment to one of the three spaces expected

• Payments (transactions)
• Accounts
